August 23, 2021 Spokane

Its just another day in Swahili ward. But this time I have recorded and attached the 6 min long singing of the Swahili members. Its pretty good, just a little slow to pick up. Hope you enjoy that. Also I need your opinions, yes or no to the glasses.... I tbought I was pretty studdly.
So this week was pretty uneventful, I feel bad not having any good things to tell you. We have 5 on dates for baptism and had 29 people at church! If thats exciting to you. I bucked at least 2 tons of hay by myself. Apparently nearly everyone else besided Elder Syrett and I has hay fever. So I would throw these 3 string 100 pound hay bales up to him and he would stack them. It was killer fun and killer on your muscles but thats okay, because they just keep getting bigger. So turns out when you are a missionary you get feed lots of treats which I have been avoiding like the devil. But my companion likes them, and so they usually give me one for the road for my companion. Its not good.

I have nearly nothing else that pops into memory of what I should say. I like trucks and old cars. I miss dancing... I miss y'all. I miss guns. But honestly Jesus is better than all of them, but dancing is pretty far up there too. So no matter what you do, do all things unto God. Even if its going on a date. He will make everything better and will make it more fun. You all are awesome!!

Also lets play a game... Ill give you a scripture each week, probably from the bible. You job is to send either title of a song that has to do something with it. Or anything else in your week that reminds you of it (A picture is a must and a explanation) Ill keep the scores and keep whos in track. Ill find a prize for the winner... Does that work for you all? Good luck! May the force be with you

I love you all. Keep staying awesome

With love, Elder Brice!
